#Music #Rock #TheWho #Song #UK #BabaORiley #RockMusic #Iconic #Classic I came across this song on a childhood trip to the Lake District many many years ago, and fond memories flood back every time I hear it… (particularly of Aira Force Waterfall near Ullswater for some reason!) I’m happy to say the song’s as good today as it was then, and the hypnotic intro never fails to get me…

#NowPlaying The Who “Live at Leeds”
This is the new 2LP 45rpm 180g AP all analogue cut from the original masters.
Gone is the flimsy-ass file-folder sleeve, and now a beautiful gatefold
It even comes with a packet of cool ephemera.
The downside of 45rpm tho… 2 songs a side. Highly flippy.
But the audio quality is great. Not a lot of live recordings from this era sound good. This not only sounds great, but it’ll get you moving!

"Pinball Wizard" is a song by the English #rock band #theWho, written by guitarist and primary songwriter #PeteTownshend and featured on their 1969 #rockOpera album #Tommy. The original recording was released as a single in 1969 and reached No. 4 in the UK charts and No. 19 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. The B-side of the "Pinball Wizard" single is an instrumental credited to #KeithMoon, titled " #Dogs Part Two". Despite the title.
