A few years ago, one of the #CentralPark #Birders gave the name #Oliver to a #BlackCrownedNightHeron who visits #ThePond every year.

Of course, we can't be sure that it's always the same bird, but he does seem to favor the same spots, isn't shy around people, and strikes beautiful poses.
