Long run day. Run for 1.5 hours. Not many options for long loops out in the country. I ended up with a longer run than planned but felt strong the whole way. Always good to bookend a long run with 800 ft of descent then 800 ft climbing. Good training for future trail running.

Training plan said 1 hour easy run. I leashed up River and we hit the hill for over 900 ft of elevation gain. It would have been perfect running weather if it wasn’t for the wind dropping the temp by 10 degrees.
