Excited to report my first session of #Cairn went well today! We got through character creation and the entirety of #Tannic in a little under 4.5 hours, which is a long session by my standards but nice for in-person. Tannic was a lot of fun and easy to run. It was everyone’s first time with Cairn, and I’m happy to say that all of the players (2 total TTRPG beginners, 2 5e players, and a veteran who has played exclusively AD&D) picked it up pretty quickly and seemed to have a good time

@AndreDarmanin #Tannat is a #grape variety native to southwest #France. It is thick-skinned and makes #tannic, long-lived #wines, especially in the appellation of Madiran. Its thick skins confer resistance to #fungal diseases, which makes it popular in #Uruguay and #Virginia.
