A cyberattack has significantly restricted order processing, customer service and deliveries at TAKKT’s North American foodservice business, the company says. Customers can still order through its online shop and other channels, but processing and delivery remain limited.
The attack also affected European Industrial & Packaging systems; TAKKT says it partly took affected IT systems offline as a precaution. A company task force is working with outside cybersecurity and IT forensic specialists, but TAKKT says it is too early to assess damage or give a timeline for full restoration.
