If you have a #YubiKey that supports #OpenPGP and want to use it for key based SSH (PuTTY, etc), this is a great run through. The one thing it's missing is the idea of creating additional User IDs. When viewing the key in Kelopatra, click Show Details and the Add UserID. Enter the userid you need. Also check the comment towards end. No need for Cygwin. Just use gpg --export-ssh-key <UserID> to get the entry for authorized_keys.
