3) The Desert Storm by Blue_Sunshine excellent storytelling, absolutely massive, (to the extent it reminds me of Saving Connor) still updating. This is a series of fics under a collection. Has a wide host of OC's and some excellent storytelling and development of Shmi's character. Later parts feature an incredibly scary Darth Plaegious.
