While I like the sign a lot, I kinda wish they placed it somewhere else in the town as I also really liked the fountain that is underneath and was on last time I was here.

Just a thought. Back when I applied to take part in #SwedenThreeDays I was asked for my "Motto".
I had no idea what to write or where this would be displayed (in the end it appeared in the program that spectators received).
Since I could think of nothing I just used the phrase "bicycles are life" based on what one of my children had written on a card they had once made me.
It works, right? 😉

#SwedenThreeDays Race number four.
This was a two hour endurance race. I did my bit to advertise for #VivaldiBrowser 😆

A couple more photos from the first day (second race) of #SwedenThreeDays
P.S. Yes I am in both these shots, perhaps you can pick me out? 🤷🏼

Yes it was hard work.

@Patricia Oh and I am using this hashtag for everything I put up related to this event: #SwedenThreeDays

@Patricia I can re-share this short video that Roger Davies (of unicycle.com fame) took of a bunch of us cycling around the fountain in front of the Grand Hotel in Lund, just for fun.

Today will be interesting as it is a two hour race in wind 🌬️ and rain ☔.

This is Neil Laughton. He is the founder of the UK based #PennyFarthing club (of which I am now apparently a member by the acts or shaking his hand and riding with him 🤣).
Here you see him cycling through the hotel lobby. No he did not get permission and likely would not have been given it if he had. That said, the staff saw him and just clapped and smiled. He cycled past the bar and asked for a beer.

This is Roger Davis. A legend in the unicycle world for his speed, founding unicycle.com and for designing unicycles.
He did the qualifying for the third race on 89mm cranks but for the race went to 100mm (normal bikes typically run 165mm-170mm).
Roger won the race today (he has won 2 of 3 thus far). I came 5th.

Since I am representing 🇮🇪 this year, I found the perfect backdrop.

The B group for the Raceway race is about to start.
I qualified for the A group (faster riders) 😉

Yes this man rides a #PennyFarthing, how did you know?
And yes these are his race clothes.
