Possibly. Again it depends how such a system is configured, managed and serviced.You could also sucessfully argue that a basic universal income would solve everything from unemployment to retirement and everything in between.
However, it is what it is, We are saddled with Super so the task is to make it work for the contributing workers exclusively and we do so with appropriate legislation and regulations.
