Strained and clarified the chicken stock I made last night. Rufus decided he needed to be in the pic.
Edit to add: The stock was made with some freezer burnt thighs I excavated. So ,in the spirit of waste-not-want-not, I turned it into that golden stock, along with a few chicken backs, carrot, onion, celery, bell peppers, tomatoes, parsley and coriander. It's now my favourite chicken stock combination.

I would formally like to nominate #Sundays as #DogDays because pictures of #Dogs (#cats have #Caturday) always cheer me up when I think to much about the work that needs doing on #Mondays
