Могу смело поделиться статистикой продуктивности. Могу, не таясь, рассказать о сложностях, ошибках и успехах, с которыми сталкиваются инженеры, использующие самые современные инструменты искусственного интеллекта для разработки программного обеспечения. Durante as férias eu fiquei brincando de fazer torneios de #xadrez entre diferentes motores e tal. Me deparei com lances aparentemente loucos a partir desta posição aqui e fiquei curioso o suficiente para salvar e analisar depois. Olha que coisa linda. As pretas acabaram de jogar o cavalo pra C1 e as brancas tem a oportunidade de empatar um jogo aparentemente perdido a partir daí. Eu fiquei impressionado. O lance inicial nem é tão difícil de ver, mas eu demorei a me convencer de que as brancas realmente conseguiriam forçar um empate. No jogo, a engine enxergou o primeiro lance mas errou na continuação e acabou perdendo. Mas a análise do #stockfish, com bastante tempo pra pensar, concluiu que a posição realmente fica empatada.

Além deste torneio com 18 engines, também estou fazendo a experiência de colocar a versão nova do #Stockfish (que é a engine mais forte do mundo) jogando contra o Rodent 3, uma engine só mediana. Mas com um handcap: Rodent está com 100 vezes mais tempo pra pensar seus lances. Olha, mesmo com este handcap absurdo eu coloco minhas fichas no stockfish rs.
