As I’m pumped with steroids, my sinuses keep getting better… I can now force air through both nose holes, I can actually clear the nose and I don’t remember being happy about crying over an onion, like ever…😂

It’s been only a week, so I have observed no side effects but the list is as long as the list of things the medicine is prescribed for…😂

I need to contact my doctor so we can taper the dosage down, though…😔

There's a trend in the #usa of a spike in teens abusing #steroids due to body image issues.

Caused by insecurity, made worse by those "alpha male" content creators on various #socialmedia platforms, whose main audience is ignorant, lonely young men & teenagers.

Grown men and women don't care at all, so they have been making a negative impression, and destroying teenagers #health permanently for nothing but vain nonsense, and #mysogyny that will STOP them from having a good partner.

I've been on daily steroids permanently since 1998. Also my periods stopped completely for much of my 30s due to my toxic cocktail of other drugs. Only to resume for a short time after. So my bones have taken a pretty big hit. But reverting from full osteoporosis to osteopenia now is wonderful news. #NHS #osteoporosis #steroids

Wonderful news from my rheumatologist. My latest bone density scan shows bones improved enough to now fall under osteopenia, not full blown osteoporosis any more. The strong bone regrowth drugs I've been on since 2017 are helping. To stay on that since on decent daily steroids long-term. But happy. #NHS #osteoporosis #steroids
