The #Starmer govt's plan to exclude #trans people from public spaces in the #UK is a Code Of Practice drafted by #EHRC, the UK's transphobic #EqualtiesCommission.
The CoP is implemented as a #StatutoryInstrument (SI) "made negative". So it becomes law without debate or vote, unless stopped by a near-impossible procedure. The Lords last blocked a made-negative SI in 2000; the Commons in 1979.
