Also a very big update to Stardeus, with revamped space travel, grabbing ships from Steam Workshop, and enough balancing / quality of life changes that it looks like a new game.

Probably shouldn't have put the toilet so close to the food prep. Also, I'm gonna have to guess that you should avoid failing construction so badly you light yourself on fire.

So I lost the past couple of games and I'm going to try a different strategy. It seems like I'm focused on preserving the original shape of the ship when I should probably just tear it apart and make a smaller ship with the scraps. It will take longer but I think it will result in a better position when I start moving around the galaxy. Let's see if this works!

I played a new run off-stream last night using the lessons learned from my previous play-throughs, and the results really spoke for themselves (it was a shame I wasn't streaming because I was pretty proud of it 😅). Today we'll be continuing in that save game, and we're in the middle of a breach in progress! I have knives now, so let's see if they actually use them.

I think I've finally got the hang of this game so I'm spinning up a new ship and will play "No Reload" mode. Ride or die, baby! Will our plucky crewmembers make it alive in spaaaaaaace? Let's find out!

I think I've gotten the hang of #Stardeus now. I'm going to start a new game with some of the lessons learned during my last run. The goal for today? Try to get the ship moving and figure out how planetary mining and expeditions work.

We're going to give this game a try. I have very little idea of what I'm doing but I've watched a few players on the internet play it, and most of them also don't know what they are doing so I should be OK. Can we fix our ship and start a thriving community in spaaaaaaace?

I was thinking of playing #Foundry but after watching a few YouTube videos I'm sort of like... The game isn't quite *there* yet. I've gotten to the end of #shapez2 but the itch that carried me through the early game sort of disappeared in the late game. I'm holding off on #Factorio until the DLC is released. I want to like #DysonSphereProgram but... I dunno. It just feels flat to me.
I think I might fire up either #AstroColony or #Stardeus. We'll see later tonight.

#Stardeus dev started talking about 0.11 pretty much the minute he pushed out 0.10, so I've been holding off — for a while!
But now it's out I can play again.
