  7. DC is going to boost legally required percent of electricity we get from solar up from 10% to 15%. This is a good thing! Despite all the whining from PEPCO / Excelon it is not a surprise and something they should be planning to support. In fact they should be planning for it to go even higher! Why not 30%?

  8. DC has this odd “Solar Renewable Energy Credit” marketplace which basically forces non-renewable energy produces to pay folks to generate solar. It’s pretty great, but also complicated. My experience so far; miccolis.github.io/posts/2022-
