Currently listening to Soft Play's absolute killer track, Punk's Dead.
Background to the song: they used to be called 'Slaves' and, recognising the loaded nature of that word, changed their name.
Some fans didn't like it. This song's made for them.
Give it a listen. Loud.
Also, the clip is absolutely inspired.
The intent reminds me a little bit of I Like Your Old Stuff Better Than Your New Stuff by Regurgitator (1997) but with a lot more attitude.
