Big harvest day. Lots of squash and a bucket of sweet potatoes.
As I dug sweet potatoes, I noticed a medium-sized snake watching me from about 3 feet away.
At 60° F / 15° C and cloudy, the snake was a little subdued, and it let me get a nice close-up with the phone. I think this one is a Redside Garter Snake.
