our #1yo #BeardGrabber is our first, and #sleepTraining (and especially dealing with a #sleepRegression after you think you finally got him to accept a certain rhythm) is definitely one of the harder aspects that I probably underestimated...
At least he's mostly accepted his actual bed now, and sleep in that every night now, rather than the pram he was so used to.

Still, actually *getting* him to fall asleep is still the tricky part. Don't want to rely on holding & singing him to sleep.

#BeardGrabber is having a 12 months #sleepRegression which woke me up again in the middle of the night.
Now acid reflux and headache are keeping me up. On top of that, #Telenor cable internet was down for a while too, even though maintenance isn't supposed to start for another hour and a half.
