This is a very interesting sitting position I will try. I did the second variation (when your feet is your toes), but this seiza looks managable? Maybe? (many questionmarks)

Some comments are really interesting, that people usually don't sit much in this position, rather using cross-legged or something similar. But as this teacher said, when we are doing cross-legged our lower back tends to give in (not all people of course, but in the age of sitting, this is for many ppl). So I am going to try seiza just to improve on my sitting as well.

I like that he shows how you can gradually reach the end goal, this is a sign of a good teacher imo. And as always being patient is key to this things, so don't rush it.
