@9to5Mac Siri has some redeeming qualities. One of them is NOT the ability to actually play the song or artist you ask for.

For me the hit rate is < 50% when I ask Siri to play a song that is already in my library (and I tell Siri that) or a Playlist that I’ve created. Instead Siri insists on playing some new hip-hop, rap or pop release. So I have to pickup the phone or stop the car, which I was trying to avoid. Siri is good at starting timers, that’s it. #SiriSucks #payola

Finally worked with
Hey Siri play <pause 1 2 3> Brenda <pause 1 2 3> Lee's <pause 1 2 3> greatest hits.

I guess it's too much for Siri to look and see I've played NOTHING contemporary except when Siri decides I should hear some hip-hop or rap.

I can’t wait until everything is AI voice enabled - I'm sure it will make my day so much more productive. 🙄
