Daher sind deren #Versprechen auch nur #Werbelügen weil für #Ottonormalnutzer*innen nicht verifizierbar!

Those are locked-in, #SingleVendor / #SingleProvider solutions and both PSC as well as #Tether do comply with #KYC, #AML & #CTF regulations...
In fact, Tether and #USDC's "#SmartContract" does have functions specifically to comply with #SDN listings and #sanctions and do enforce them against i.e. #TornadoCash:

@Mer__edith Personally, @signalapp still collects way too much data and IMHO still has the same issues as all #centralized #SingleVendor & #SinlgeProvider solutions.
And considering #CloudAct and the ability as well as willingness of #Signal to enforce #Embargos, I'd just not trust it at all!
In fact, I'd call the #NSA and #FBI as "criminally incompetent" if they didn't place people within Signal...

Whereas #XMPP + #OMEMO & #eMail with #GnuPG just work perfectly for me.
The only issues I have are caused by #ignorant #TechIlliterate|s that refuse to encrypt their shit.
