    Just added HEIC/HEIF iPhone images processing to my simple image converter software, as suggested by @JamminJerry. It is read-only though, you won't be able to convert *to* HEIC/HEIF, but I presume it's a far rarer tasks. Version 1.1 is coming with more features and bugfixes. #SIC #SelfPromoting #OpenSource #simpleImageConverter #Accessibility
