    For some years, I've worked with 'Minds & Voices', a group of people living with dementia.

    I used their words about dementia to make a poem.

    I'm amazed and thrilled to have it included in this anthology of poems about dementia, by #sidhepress (EIC @missyerem)

    Perfectly, the cover image and final poem were created by people living with dementia.
