Sasha got excited and managed to squirm out her cone collar the first two days post-op, so I looped two collars around the cone collar, covered the crate and keep a small opening I can peek through without disturbing her. Two more days of quarantine to go. Overall, I don't think the surgery bothered her much, but being locked in a crate and wearing the cone collar did #caturday #siamesecats #spay #pet #cats -

For those interested, Agnes is apparently the only #purebred #SiameseCat in the whole show (with probably something like 1500 or so cats). The other #SiameseCats have Oriental #cats mixed into them. Kind of strange and sad that what was really was one of the first actual recognised #cat breeds is today almost impossible to find in purebred form, and rare even in non purebred lines.
