I was referred to Sheppard Pratt as a possible place for an autism evaluation.
I get there... and what do I see?
A child. :headache:
Yes, yes, children do need evaluation. I'm an adult, however.
Right off the bat, that does not look good. I do a search by specialty, and they do have ASD specialists, but they do not list any specific specialty for people who might be dealing with ASD as adults.
This feels like some sort of Hail Mary pass. (Not to be confused with a Hello Mary pass. The skit is at the end of this post.)
