When the #shapeBuilder was in development in #Inkscape last year, I immediately saw it was useful for selecting the pattern lines in sewing patterns, like neckline options, and for a while, that was it.
But since then, I often use it to join broken paths together, and found it's good for joining back post-alterations shapes too, so less to no tracing is needed.
Would be cool to be able to include empty spaces between the paths in the future; still needed some cleaning ;) #projectorSewing -
