Lost my dumb friendly foreigner face at the Senukai warehouse today and had to use my pissed off customer causing a stink voice.
Four employees and two hikes (one in pouring rain) between the warehouse and the office desk at the other end of the store later and I finally got the correct box that I had actually ordered (and paid for, hence my determination).
Mostly just because I found it myself in their warehouse and upon pointing out that 7843 is not the same as 7483 they did see the light.
Turns out the beepy barcode device they scan things with is either bizarrely useless or completely ignored.
Someone else should also be happy because they're maybe getting the camping gear they ordered. Although I wouldn't count on it there.
