  1. Surprisingly, “Scream, Blacula, Scream” (1973) was released on the same day as the James Bond film “Live and Let Die” (1973). Apparently, people chose to watch the newest installment of the hugely popular spy series over this low budget blaxploitation horror film

  2. “Scream, Blacula “Scream” (1973) had a budget of <$1mil and made about the same amount by the end of its initial run. This under performance at the box office would lead to no further films being produced. It and 1972’s “Blacula” would however become cult film staples

  4. So yeah.. typical of the era, the animal safety in this is extremely fuzzy and has only been reported to be “a real, live bird and a dead bird” in these scenes but no one involved has ever said if its the same bird 💔

  5. Personally, I was hoping that the "Spirit of Vampires" was pulled from Mamuwalde just in time to leap into Justin as he breaks into the room.

Justin then slaughters everybody, including the now mortal Mamuwalde, Lisa, and the remaining cops.
