    I have therapy soon, then a couple hours to myself before work. also I'm thinking of changing the #AFLife hashtag? I modeled it off of @sheepchase's #sclife, but I'd like it if there was a more widely used hashtag like "Life Posts" or "A Day In The Life" or something? anyway, time to get ready for therapy!

    And I’m out! My doctor isn’t an expert on #sciatica (he’s a GP) but he’s given me some stronger ibuprofen and told me to check the dosage guidance of my home country because #Japan is ridiculously low.

    So that should get me through today and tonight, and tomorrow I’ll go to an #orthopedic clinic which will be open. Admitting that I developed this pain during the new year holidays!
