La Secretaría del #SCCR encargó a la Prof. Xalabarder la realización de un informe sobre las relaciones entre el #DerechoDeAutor y las actividades de investigación (actualmente abierto a comentarios). A continuación, los aportes de la Alianza #A2KLatam https://www.wipo.int/meetings/en/doc_details.jsp?doc_id=621815
