I'm trying to identify where the sample comes from in the Mercury Rev song "Meth of a Rockette's Kick" - I've isolated it as best I can. It appears reversed several times in the song.
It sounds like maybe it's a 50s or 60s girl group? It kind of sounds like "and I made up in my mind that very night" or "and I made up my mind that he'll be mine"?
