Someone ran Windows 10 on a Samsung Galaxy S9+ phone!
Samsung Galaxy S9+ (not the Tab S9+) was released on March 2018, and it ran Android 8.0 up to One UI 2.5. Normally, running a fully-fledged Windows 10 operating system wouldn’t have been possible since it was optimized for computers, not phones.
However, something unexpected has unfolded, because a Windows enthusiast and “tiny10” and “tiny11” developer, NTDEV_, has managed to run a full version of Windows 10 on the same smartphone after two months of day and night work with countless trial and error, which is unusual. This project was done with the help of Claude AI. You can see the two pictures that prove that this test was successful.

An old version of Windows 10 was chosen, which was 2004. It’s a proof-of-concept experiment that worked. Nowe Apple TV i HomePod mini gotowe od miesięcy – okulary Apple dopiero w 2027
Mark Gurman w najnowszym newsletterze potwierdza, że nowe Apple TV 4K i HomePody mini czekają na Siri z iOS 27 i trafią do sprzedaży jesienią. Przy okazji pojawiły się nowe szczegóły dotyczące okularów Apple — premiera została przesunięta.
Ostatnie niedzielne wydanie „Power On” Marka Gurmana w Bloomberg przynosi dwa interesujące tematy — jeden o produktach gotowych od dawna, drugi o produkcie, który opóźnia się bardziej, niż zakładano.
Nowe Apple TV i HomePod mini: czekają na Siri
Gurman potwierdza, jak podają MacRumors i 9to5Mac, że nowe modele Apple TV 4K i HomePod mini są gotowe od miesięcy i aktywnie używane przez pracowników Apple w Cupertino. Problem w tym, że Apple nie chce ich wypuszczać bez nowej, spersonalizowanej wersji Siri — tej samej, którą firma zapowie na WWDC 8 czerwca jako część iOS 27.
To wzorzec, który obserwujemy od dawna. Nowe Apple TV 4K miało pojawić się jeszcze w 2025 roku, potem na początku 2026, a teraz wszystko wskazuje na jesień — razem z iOS 27, który trafi do użytkowników we wrześniu. Gurman jest przy tym bezpośredni: „nie oczekujcie wiele” pod kątem nowych funkcji poza nowymi chipami obsługującymi Apple Intelligence. Apple TV 4K z 2022 roku ma układ A15 Bionic, HomePod mini z 2020 roku pracuje na chipie S5 z Apple Watch Series 5 — obydwa są już mocno przestarzałe sprzętowo.
Nowy Apple TV ma otrzymać chip A17 Pro (najstarszy obsługujący Apple Intelligence) oraz układ N1 dla Wi-Fi 7 i Bluetooth 6. Wygląd zewnętrzny ma pozostać niezmieniony. Gurman dodaje jeden nowy szczegół: Siri Remote może doczekać się „odświeżenia w jakiejś formie” — bez precyzowania, czy chodzi o zmiany wizualne, czy funkcjonalne. HomePod mini ma z kolei otrzymać chip S9 lub nowszy i ten sam układ N1, co Apple TV.
W kolejce na nową Siri czekają też pełnowymiarowy HomePod i nowe urządzenie Smart Home Hub — Apple zapowiedziało oba produkty na ten rok.
Okulary Apple: koniec 2027, bez AR
Drugi wątek to aktualizacja planów dotyczących okularów Apple. Gurman pisał wcześniej, że pierwsze inteligentne okulary Apple miały trafić do sprzedaży na początku 2027 roku — teraz podaje, że projekt napotkał opóźnienia i nowa data to koniec 2027 roku.
Okulary mają być bezpośrednim konkurentem Meta Ray-Ban i — co istotne — Gurman nie spodziewa się, żeby pierwsza generacja miała wyświetlacz AR w soczewkach. Taka funkcja pojawi się, jego zdaniem, dopiero za kilka lat. To znacząca różnica w stosunku do nowszych Meta Ray-Ban, które już oferują podstawowy overlay AR.
Pierwsza generacja okularów Apple ma mieć owalne kamery, unikalną paletę kolorów i kilka wariantów oprawek. Gurman opisuje cztery testowane style: większa prostokątna oprawka podobna do Ray-Ban Wayfarers, smuklejszy prostokąt zbliżony do okularów Tima Cooka, oraz dwa warianty owalne — większy i mniejszy. Kolory, które Apple testuje, to czarny, niebieski ocean i jasny brąz. Kamerki będą skierowane pionowo, głośniki i mikrofony obsłużą muzykę, rozmowy i Siri, a okulary będą oferować wskazówki nawigacyjne krok po kroku. Cena ma zmieścić się w przedziale od 200 do 500 dolarów — a więc bezpośrednio w segmencie Meta Ray-Ban.
Gurman zaznacza, że Tim Cook traktuje okulary jako swój „największy priorytet” przed przekazaniem sterów Johnowi Ternusowi 1 września. Apple najwyraźniej chce mieć ten produkt gotowy, zanim nowy CEO obejmie stanowisko — lub przynajmniej zamknąć kluczowe decyzje projektowe.
