2,924 PPB and falling...

I stink (in a very fun and good way) of #chocolate.

I'm purging a tank at the #brewery with CO2 so that it can receive an #ImperialStout and become transformed into special seasonal releases.

It takes time for the ambient environment of a 2000L tank to be displaced from the bottom up with CO2 and the vapours passing through the oxygen sensing equipment are letting me know what it is ready to have beer introduced.

I am, however, #RunningOutOfSpoons and am very mindful that for two days in a row I have pushed myself too hard (especially while I should be recovering). I am trying to pace myself and sit down - and hence a post about my day.

There will come a moment when the levels plunge to near zero. Once we get there it's all ahead with beer and I can box things off and go home.

Tomorrow I will clean all the things. And deliver beer.
