Out on the 2/2 for this months #RRtY DiY #audax

Feeling much better on the wheel this week. On the lighter bike. Its going well. Comfy enough. Makes me wonder why sometimes I'm so reluctent to make an obvious choice.

I am going to have another go at #Rrty (#dodecaudax pour les français). Last time I failed in December (was put off by a shed load of bad drivers that day).

Trying to recruit around #RichmondUponThames if anyone wants to have a partner to keep themselves motivated

Just off out for a hilly #audux #RRtY ride over to Box Hill and back via the North Downs. Have fun if you're riding somewhere today. Is it #chasethesun day today? Much sure you have enough to drink. It's gonna' be a hot one.

First ride of June. Done this one a few times now. Each time it gets a few tweaks. Very happy now with route down to Folkstone and back as far as Sittingbourne before it gets a bit meh. I'll have to have a think about that. Leaning towards sticking more to the north downs from Chilham instead. More climbing but better surroundings. Hey #BikeTooter I just completed the 12th out of 12 Randoneur Round the Year #rrty completing this year's #Audax challenge. Recovery drinks are now being taken on board. I'll post the full set of blog posts and analysis soon.

@jfparis yeah, in exactly the same way that I'm an elite athlete! (Which is what one of the school dads suggested when I explained that I was doing #rrty and what it is to him)

Hey #BikeTooter, I'm now 25% in to my #RRtY #Audax adventure. We had a very successful day on Saturday, blessed once again with good weather. This was the toughest ride yet of the series, a full 1% (2km elevation for 200km distance) got out in to some lovely #Chilterns countryside. Met a chap who was 20mins in to a round the world cycle trip, which was incredibly cool, also saw about 400 head of #deer during the early morning section way more than normal!
