Do I have a favorite pen and/or notebook?My favorite notebook is a magnetic closed blank book I won at a cat show raffle. I keep it in my backpack and use it for new ideas and writing lists on the road when my laptop isn't handy.
I like to write with a good quality roller ball pen, .5 fine. Our house buys pilot & Arteza brand by the box, and I've shared them with other writers at signings. I often use a purple one . . .

CW: Fountain pen birthday haul (braggy & materialistic content)
As far as receiving gifts, this was an unreasonably good birthday for me. I received several #fountainpens and a #rollerballpen. One was even what some might consider a #grail #fountainpen.
