Right now local activist say Madison police Officer Kiel Batinger-Peterson is the cop who pulled the trigger. This is a preliminary ID so things may change as more info comes out.
I haven't seen any major sources confirm this is the cop yet but this name has been circulating for two days now.
Will update once I have confirmation.
