In November, the #State Dept announced the designations of 4 #European groups as foreign #terrorist organizations, including a militant group in Germany that calls itself #AntifaOst . 2 more were in Greece & 1 in Italy.
Designation, which is done by the secy of state, is based on criteria that include the assessment that the group poses a direct threat to #US #NationalSecurity interests.
