The biggest racing controversy over the weekend was during the Le Mans 24 Virtual, when a security breach of the #rFactor2 servers led to a number of competitors being disconnected from the virtual endurance event.

One of them was Team Redline, the car that Max Verstappen was part of, which led to Verstappen quitting the virtual event with 5 hours to go. Verstappen blasted the debacle as a "clown show".

I have to admit that I’ve done a 180 turn (punt intended) in my Motorsport sim journey. I’ve posted here that these games are not for me, but over the last few days I’ve played several and I’ve found I actually like them! I’ve tried so far: #ForzaMotorsport7, #Automobilista2, #RFactor2, #AssettoCorsaCompetizione, and lastly, on a lighter tone, #ForzaHorizon5, #Wreckfest, and #CircuitSuperstars.

I’ve been trying a few #motorsport sims for PC: #AssettoCorsaCompetizione, #Automobilista2, and #RFactor2. To be honest, the level of realism may be great on these games, incentivizing you to perfect you driving technique, etc., but I don’t find it “fun”. I’ve found that I enjoy arcade racers such as #ForzaHorizon5 a lot better. Nothing against the sims; it’s just me :blobcat:

But I'm very bad at finding the line heh.

@jonn I have Automobilista2 in my collection, but I haven't used it much.
I drive more on #AssettoCorsa (with content manager) and #rFactor2. There so much content from the community, and the games are often on sale

I picked up the GT3 and Formula Pro packs for rFactor 2. Super high quality stuff from what I've played so far!
