A coalition of #VotingRights groups in #Pennsylvania filed a lawsuit w/the State Supreme Court on Wednesday asking it to overturn a lower-court decision barring any #AbsenteeBallots w/a missing or incorrect date from being counted. The coalition asked the State Supreme Court to use its “king’s bench” authority — meaning to move expeditiously — to resolve the case.
