Oh, come on, dear universe, that's unfair. 2 papers and 1 grant proposal rejected IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS ?!?!?! 😭
I guess it's time for weekend. Or hibernation. Or a nice tantrum. But first cake. Lots of cake. 🧁

Today I was completely unable to get something done. I suspect it's because of the rejection letter that we received this morning. It hurts a bit more than I'd like to admit....

Temperature directly reduced herbivory, but had also indirect effects through changes in phylogenetic diverstiy and by changing how diversity linked to herbivory: Diversity effects on herbivory shifted from negative to positive with increasing temperatures. However, there were substantial differences between different feeding guilds.
I think it is a really cool study, but it has been rejected 4 times before it got published. #rejectionistherule
