Hi all,
I'm running a REC3 course on 12th & 13th April if you know anyone interested. Recerts are available on the second day too.
This is required for a Mountain Skills Assessment, Mountain Leader, and various other outdoor activities qualifications.

I'm running another #REC3 wilderness first aid course this weekend. The group I'm running it for have already recommended me to others who have contacted me about their own course, woohoo!

Today I get to host a workshop on Wilderness First Aid to around 100 Scout Leaders travelling to Norway later in the year. I'm running batches of around 15 people at a time, with other workshops too. If I'm able to speak by the end it'll be pretty surprising!

I'm getting to teach another #REC3 course tomorrow, this time to a group of Scout leaders. Gonna be a busy day!

This weekend I'm teaching a #REC3 first aid course to a mixed group, including a doctor!

Last weekend I had my first of two full day assessments to become a REC3 Trainer.
After teaching for 11 hours on my feet to a kayaking club, I passed!
Officially I'm now a REC1 Trainer. One more assessment to go, but no firm date yet. A couple of more courses coming up to assist on and gain experience.

Finished up with a #REC3 course about 6:30, drove to Belfast. Got to the hotel too late for dinner, so I'm making do and chilling...

Helping to teach a REC3 course to a kayaking club in Roscommon this weekend.
I get the best places to go, although the weather is wild.
