Two recently released dystopian thrillers are outstanding movies and both are available via streaming services.

Rebecca Ferguson and Chris Pratt are tremendous in their respective roles – Ms. Ferguson as the AI generated Judge Maddox of the Mercy Capital Court and Mr. Pratt as a police officer accused of murder. He has exactly 90 minutes to prove his innocence sufficiently to AI Judge Maddox (a threshold below 92 percent likelihood of guilt) or be summarily executed.
Mr. Pratt must prove his innocence while his arms and legs are locked into the execution chair by employing all sorts of evidence gathering techniques that access the court’s ties to the municipal cloud. All technological devices within the city (LA) must be registered to the municipal cloud so defendants can access them. This includes surveillance cameras, live action feeds, cell phones, databases, and other technologies available.
