“The interim findings of the Royal Commission into Antisemitism and Social Cohesion were announced at the end of last week – and while most of it at this stage seems to be uncontroversial, the actions of the NSW Police seems to have been underplayed, and the information that ASIO and the Australian Federal Police may have held on the two Bondi shooters, and how their inactions may have contributed to the tragedy in December 2025, has been withheld.The nine recommendations that have been released seem to be unremarkable, and have suggested a tighter co-ordination of security and police resources, modest reforms to firearms control and a gun buy-back scheme, and the suggestion that existing legal frameworks are adequate, albeit with some strengthening of laws in certain areas. Yet there’s an uncomfortable reality that’s sitting under the surface: if the legal framework is already adequate, then why did these failures occurs? What exactly did ASIO know, and will we ever find out?

Добрый день, уважаемый читатель. Как и в других моих статьях, я решил что-то собрать полностью с нуля, а именно – машинку на радиоуправлении. Будет описан мой пройденный путь: от печати готового проекта до разработки и печати новой платформы; от разработки первой версии печатной платы для использования коллекторного DC мотора до реализации управления бесколлекторным BLDC мотором с датчиками холла; от локального управления до реализации полудуплексного обмена данными на расстояние в сотни метров с передачей телеметрии. Вновь потратил на разработку пару лет, но никуда не спешил. Это лишь мое хобби. «Long story short…»

No dobrze, dzisiaj nie szkolę. Dzisiaj od rana walczę z #KSeF u klientów. Dlaczego walczę, bo muszę po raz nty tłumaczyć, co to znaczy wysłać do KSeF, co w ogóle wysyłamy, a co z paragonami fiskalnymi (no niby każdy powinien wiedzieć, że nic)... Nawet zrobiłem specjalny dokument opisujący co i jak robić w #ERP #rc-hurt, ale wiecie - TL;DR - bo to ok. 10 stron A4, a myślenie samodzielne boli jak nie wiem co... o wiele łatwiejj jest się spytać Więc #Rustdesk, #ssh, #rc-hurt via #vpn .. i jazda....

If you look around you should still be able to find Luke Mewburn's paper on #MewburnRC .
Similarly, what Linux people erroneously call "sysvinit" is actually van Smoorenburg init+rc created (by Miquel van Smoorenburg) for Minix in 1992.
It's not from #Unix System 5 at all, as that had obsoleted R3's init+rc system years before 1992 and gone on to the AIX SRC, and the SAF, SAC, ttymon, SMF, and stuff still in #Illumos today.
