Having worn this in the rain I have made the following observations and plans:
Problem:
Cape inflates like a bouncy castle. Small air holes in the neck seam allow air to come in and it can't get out. Especially when wet and hood is up.Solution: create holes for air to escape. 4 or 5 button-holes or eyelets through only the inside layer?
Problem:
Cape flaps up especially from the back. Not how I expected.Solution:
Attach front and back with a strap under the arm. -
