J'ai longtemps utilisé #startpage puis, encore plus longtemps, #DuckDuckGo . Je viens d'essayer #Qwant et #Mojeek mais je ne suis pas satisfait.

Existe-t-il encore un moteur de recherche performant qui n'utilise de l' #IA ni dans la manière d'afficher les résultats, ni de rechercher le web ? (Startpage, par exemple, en "parasite" de #google , l'utilise de manière cachée il me semble.)

Och viktigt om du inte vill använda program som samlar en massinformation om dig som de sen överlämnar till myndigheter och säljer till reklamföretag. Dessutom slipper du en massa påhittade och till stor del falska och felaktiga svar från olika AI-robotar. Istället får du länkar till riktiga och korrekta källor.

#Google abandoning #Search, just to compete against #ChatGPT, is such a fatally wrong move. I suspect many lawsuits will come down on Google, due to theft of content. In the meantime, switch to a real search engine, like #Bing, #DuckDuckGo, #Qwant, or my favourite, #BraveSearch.

I’ve also heard good things about #qwant.

Or rather, I’ve heard that it exists, hosted in the EU, and then nothing about it. My bar may be setis low these days, yet so few tech companies pass it.

Jag har #qwant som min sökmotor, men nu tycker jag att det blir väldigt många kommersiella sökresultat före de användbara. Kan man filtrera bort dem på något sätt eller är det dags att leta efter alternativ? Vill gärna ha något europeiskt som inte betalar pengar till Yandex, så Kagi går bort.
