I got a QSL card today from a contact three years ago, which isn't even close to a record, but better late than never!
The downside is that it's one of the rare 5x7 QSL cards, while the other 99+% I have received are 4x6 or close. I'll have to figure out how to store these as I have three now I think.

I heard that #CHU #CANADA 🇨🇦 time keeping standard station was shutting down so I monitored the station and requested a #QSL card. Along with #WWV I’ve been relying upon the station as a way of checking the calibration of my #receivers for decades.

I stopped at an estate sale yesterday and found a treasure trove of Ham radio QSL cards. (These cards are sent to and from amateur radio enthusiasts to confirm receipt of transmissions, often over great distances.) The aesthetic beauty and design of the older ones (especially those dating from the 1950s-1970s) won me over, so throwing down twenty bucks for hundreds of cards like these still seems like the right decision, even 24 hours later.
It's also safe to assume that NO ONE ELSE would've bought them and they'd have been chucked had I not wandered in off the street. I hope the radio gods are pleased with my offering.

What does the fediverse use for #QSL logging, if not LotW? I get more international QSOs confirmed on QRZ. I have a Club Log account but I have’t actively used it.
I was away from HF for 9 months and coming back to LotW is definitely a drag.

I picked up a used Bencher BY-2 off FB marketplace today. I think it was a good deal for $80. It cleaned up very nicely and has some great stories behind it. I bought it from the son of a silent key KL7LF, who had stations in Colorado, Fairbanks AK, and Johnston Island. His son gave me a few of his dad's #QSL cards as well.

En date du 21 avril, on apprenait que le gouvernement désignerait officiellement le port de Québec comme terminal de conteneurs international, permettant ainsi à l’entreprise QSL de déposer son projet de terminal de conteneurs en eau profonde dans le secteur de la baie de Beauport. Une dizaine d’organisations citoyennes et de conseils de quartier demandent la tenue d’une enquête indépendante.

Hey #fedihams: I wonder if we can have an activity where we try to get #QSL cards from as many other fedihams as possible? After geting a card yesterday from @Geojoek I realized I also have QSL cards from @kr1st and @wd9ewk !
This is also prompting me to develop and print some new QSL cards which I haven't done in years.

Time flies: 10 years ago today I took over the technical side of running https://www.qslinfo.de/ - the QSL manager and address database that Lothar, DL1SBF meticulously maintains since 1991 (!).
The database today contains 121641 QSL managers and 21795 addresses. #hamradio #qsl

I have a stack of international reply coupons I need to use this year. I had to get them from Die Post in Switzerland because that's how to get a QSL card back from the United Nations station 4U1UN. So I need to figure out 9 other IRC-using DX stations I've contacted toot suite!
The ARRL software contest should be for analyzing your logs to find IRC QSLers!

За эти дни несколько связей было с WWA-станциями. Громко, бойко. А вот потом возник вопрос - а подтверждение где можно взять? На clublog/lotw нет, только свой сайт. А там даже QSL карточки не скачать без премиум-аккаунта. :(
Если кто сталкивался, подскажите, где ещё подтверждают?
