I've been using #Bose #QC35II since 2012/13 maybe. During this time, I've gone through 2 ear muffin replacements - the fake leather covers peel off due to ear moisture, frost, wind and hot sun. However, they are easily replaced and this time around, I picked one with cloth material instead. Not only they feel better, they should outlast the previous pair.
The #headphones used to have a Google Assistant button, which is now useless as Gemini took over. Pressing it, all I hear is: "Open your Google Assistant app and try that button again". Except that I don't use Google Services on my phone. I But Bluetooth BLE and AAC/SBC still work just fine and the noise canceling as well. Been thinking if there is anyone working on making a reverse engineered/modded firmware to bring a programmable button to life.
