    #fastkml can now parse and create #kml files with the new #python #pyuppsala #xml etree implementation. Still experimental, but all tests are passing.

    @kushal BTW I have a library that utilises etree, with a simple configuration to choose the underlying library – either stdlib or lxml. I would be happy to test #pyuppsala with it once the etree API is implemented.
