It's #CupOfTeaSocial #QuizQuestion time and as it's #PuzzledPint day today here's a #beer question courtesy of my co-quizmaster Mark. Lambic is a type of very dry Belgian beer from Brussels and the Pajottenland and it used to be one of my favourites before I discovered that gluten does very nasty things to my insides. The method used to brew lambic is a bit unusual as you don't add what is normally considered a vital ingredient of beer. What is it?
