  1. I was pretty sure that it's possible to implement a subset of MyTerms (IEEE 7012-2025) on a static web site. Better news: it's possible with no new code on the client side either.

    Why? It's a positive side effect of everyone (who pays attention) already having an element-hiding ad blocker.

    A user who accepts a specific standard ToS can simply* block the <dialog> element that demands consent to it.
